I pride myself in offering an holistic approach to all of my treatments and passionately believe that this approach can bring balance to women’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

I specialise in Aromatherapy, Massage Therapy, including Pregnancy Massage, Facial Therapy and Skin Care.

I work from my purpose built, spacious garden studio, surrounded by greenery and bird song. My studio is self contained and has all the required facilites to make your time with me a comfortable one.

Here you are able to fully relax, you will not be rushed and plenty of time is given before and after each treatment.

You are my priority.

About Me

My name is Mandy Zeqiri and I have been a practicing Holistic Therapist for over 25 years. My passion is massage, the use of essential oils and facial therapy.

The power of positive touch is something I witness on a daily basis.

Empowering women to understand their own wellbeing and embrace small changes, whichever stage of their life is the most wonderful part of my job.

I am fully insured and a member of the FHT.

I have had the priviledge to teach these wonderful therapies to hundreds of students over the years and nothing gives me more joy than watching confident professional therapists embark on a career in holistic therapies.

Seven years ago I joined forces with my collegue and exceptional therapist Karen Deane and opened our own holistic training school. Elemi Training is now a well established FHT accredited training school.

AROMATHERAPY

Balance and Harmony

The use of essential oils expertly blended specifically for you. Each blend takes into consideration your physical and emotional wellbeing. These blends can be used in a massage treatment, but also made for you to use at home

£55 for a 75 minute treatment

HOLISTIC MASSAGE

Relax and Restore

Let your body and mind be still. Let go of any stress and anxiety that you are holding inside. Feel the tension melt away as your give yourself permission to let go. Hot and cold stones or warm bamboo can be added for a firmer massage and to bring balance to the body. All massages include the use of pre blended essential oils

£45 for a 60 minute holistic massage
£55 for a 75 minute massage with stones

PREGNANCY and POSTNATAL MASSAGE

Soothe and Ease

Hugely beneficial to mum and baby. Recieving regular massages during prgnancy will help allieviate common aches and pains. A relaxed body and mind will support you through your labour

FACIAL THERAPY and SKINCARE

Comfort and Joy

Treat your skin to a double cleanse, followed by exfoliation and hot towels. Ease away tension with a 20min shoulder, neck, face and scalp massage. Mask therapy and foot massage. Finishing with serums, eye products and moisturiser. Pure bliss

The minute you walk through the door you feel completely relaxed .The products used are fantastic and you leave with your skin feeling brand new and completely chilled . After searching online for a pregnancy masseuse to know avail, I got recommended Mandy! Omg how lucky was I!
Mandy is absolutely amazing. I first visited at about 36 weeks as was feeling the normal aches, pains and also restless legs! it had been difficult to get comfortable laying down but my god did I relax - I think I even drifted off a number of times! Mandy even gave my restless legs as massage! After I left I was straight on the phone to my 2 pregnant friends to get booked in. I went back a further 2 times, and on my final visit at 39 weeks I told Mandy I wanted baby to come and was fed up! She told me she would focus on the pressure points to try and bring on labour... 8 hours later my contractions started!!! Thank you!!
After I had my baby girl I went back to Mandy as was having aches In my back due to carrying her in a baby carrier in Cornwall! Again after one visit my aches went!
I would highly recommend Mandy to anyone I speak to - pregnant or not - I cannot wait to come back again soon xx
